Peanutbutter Cheesecake Brownie Cupcakes

I was in the mood for something sweet and went looking in the pantry to see what I could make. I had the perfect ingredients for something with chocolate, peanut butter, and cream cheese and this is what I came up with.

Brownies:

2 c sugar

1 c butter

1 tsp vanilla

4 eggs

1 1/2 c flour

1/2 c cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Peanut butter Cheesecake:

1/2 c sugar

1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese

1 egg

1/3 c peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

Prepare the brownies first. Melt the butter. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in baking powder and salt. Slowly add in flour and cocoa powder.

Line cupcake pan with paper cups. Fill each cup 1/2 full with brownie batter.

Now prepare the peanut butter cheesecake. Cream sugar, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla. Mix in peanut butter.

Add 1 Tbsp to each tin. Slightly push the peanut butter mixture into the brownie mix before placing in the oven.

Bake at 350F for 30 min.
